Pathways Porfolio  

Induction participants will complete credentialing requirements and document them in a portfolio. Riverside Unified School District's BTSA/Induction Program is based on Induction Program Standards.  This standards will be met through classroom application and documented in formative assessments.  Through the two year induction period, teachers with be working along side their support providers and BTSA specialists to ensure documentation of these standards. 

Recommended evidence is available for each standard by clicking on the navigation bar to the left.  In addition, induction candidates attend a BTSA/Induction Orientation and meet with either the program director or staff development specialist three times a year in advice and assistance meetings.
